Ciam will attend the 40th edition of SIGEP, the International Exhibition for artisan gelato, pastry and bakery, which will take place in Rimini from 19th to 23rd January 2019.
The most important new products created this year will be presented at the exhibition area 060-065, pavilion A3.
ICE DESIGN Live Stations
The new concept which allows ice cream makers to create, in front of their customers, real Live Cooking shows for the preparation of traditional and gourmet ice cream, semifreddo, cakes, popsicles and granite, through the configuration of stations integrated with other equipment.
MULTIX the first all-in-one display case
Thanks to a patented application, the display case can reach, with the same condensing unit, temperature ranging from -25°C to +60°C, passing through 0°C and 15°C with humidity control.

The refrigerated and ventilated cabinet with its innovative concept has been chosen to compete for the Compasso d’Oro 2019 Award, the most authoritative worldwide award for Italian design. The product has also been included in the exhibition and multimedia itinerary created at the Leonardo Da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology, which collects and expresses the excellence of Italian production in the design sector over the past year.
Integration of Carpigiani IDEA3 mixer with Ciam ICE DESIGN Ice Cream Showcase
CIAM and Carpigiani will set up an area reserved to the IDEA3 mixer, which will be located inside the stand of the world-leading company in the ice cream machinery supply (pavilion C1 booth 061). For the occasion, the Carpigiani machine will be integrated into Ciam’ s display cases – ICE DESIGN Gelato Showcase with customized acrylic pans.
