The 38th edition of SIGEP has just ended, the international exhibition for ice-cream, pastry and artisan bakery, and it has confirmed, once again, its undisputed leadership in the world of HORECA.
Even this year, Ciam has presented important contemporary design and advanced technological novelties and MUROZERO line proves that with its 3-meter coplanar opening, which allows a larger product exposition compared to other classic pastry cabinets, mixing up with shop walls since it is customizable in different finishings, such as, resin or stone and available both in the pastry +4°C and ice cream +14°C version.
MOVE16 could not miss the event, the refrigerated showcase with completely transparent glass structure. The access to the refrigerated compartment is allowed by a patented system, while the rear case moves in order to become a wrapping surface. It can be customized with different fine materials such as bronzed brass or stone.
This year’s innovation was BLOCK, the first decor line entirely sculpted in a single block of material; the cladding for 6040-Roma-Flat showcases enables the customer to have a brand new vision of the counter that is completeley different from the other products seen thus far.
BELLAGIO and ISOLABELLA were also presented, refrigerated or neutral furnishings to enhance the qualities of your products. BELLAGIO, for instance, is the first refrigerated lamp available in three different customizable versions: ground, ceiling and table.
