Sigep 2019 has just ended : an extraordinary worldwide exhibition dedicated to professionals in ice cream, pastry, bakery and coffee. The 40th edition was best celebrated by Ciam that, with highly innovative products, showed excellence and ability to represent the Made in Italy design and technology.
ICE DESIGN Live Stations was presented: a new concept that allows ice cream makers to create, in front of their customers, real Live Show Cooking for the preparation of traditional and gourmet ice creams, semifreddo, cakes, sticks, granitas and centrifuges, through the configuration of integrated stations such as Choco live station, Yogurt live station, ice cream tubs live stations, Mix live station and Gelato Showcase (conceived and patented by the ice cream designer Raffaele De Angelis)
MULTIX, the first multi-function display case, was also exhibited at Ciam booths. Thanks to its patented application, it can reach temperatures ranging from -25°C to +60°C, passing through 0°C and 15°C with humidity control.
A Gelato Showcase integrated with the IDEA 3 blender signed by Carpigiani (world leader in the supply of ice cream machines) was also presented with which Ciam has set up a reserved area.
Finally, the company also exhibited the MuroZero Slide refrigerated cabinet, selected by ADI INDEX 2018 to compete for the Compasso d’Oro 2019 Award, the most renowned Italian design award in the world.
